First Time in College Transcripts

Transcripts of diplomas earned at the time of application must be submitted with the application packet.

All transcripts of academic work completed outside the United States must be:
  • In the original, sealed envelope of the issuing institution (official transcripts)
  • In English or accompanied by a certified translation
  • High school diplomas require a document-by-document evaluation by Josef Silny with U.S. equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA).

Documents submitted become the property of the University of South Florida and cannot be returned to the student or forwarded to another institution. We also will accept evaluations performed by other agencies which are members of NACES. We do not accept evaluations from agencies that are not members of NACES.
