Upper Level Transfer Transcripts

Upper level transfers need to provide transcripts for their University education only. Transcripts of diplomas earned at the time of application must be submitted with the application packet. Former and current USF students need not supply USF transcripts.

All transcripts of academic work completed outside the United States must be:

• In the original, sealed envelope of the issuing institution (official transcripts)
  
• In English or accompanied by a certified translation
  
• Any transcripts from outside the United States must be evaluated by Josef Silny. You should obtain a course-by-course evaluation.
