CAS Policies Faculty Book Orders Course Related Forms New Course Proposal: Departments should use this link to submit a proposal to the Undergraduate Council. Once the form is completely filled out, clicking the submit button at the bottom of the form will activate the process. A printed version must be submitted to the chair of the Academic Programs committee. Submit (6) copies of the form and your syllabi to CAS academic programs committee. Should revision be required, you will need to contact Jennifer Baker. Once your proposal has been approved at the college level; 15 copies of the approved proposal will be forwarded by the academics Programs committee to the Undergraduate Council. Contact the chair if you have any questions.
