Outcomes Assessment Process The Division of Student Affairs at USF St. Petersburg identifies expected outcomes for its programs; assesses whether it achieves these outcomes; and provides evidence of improvement based on analysis of those results. Staff from each program area develop measures and administer assessments each year to identify how services can be improved. In addition, each program unit identifies service improvements made during the year in response to staff identified needs, student suggestions, professional standards, strategic goals and administrative opportunities. Links to the plans, reports and annual service improvement summaries can be found below. Assessment Plan - includes departmental goals, measurements, and criteria of success for the current year.
