Before beginning an exercise program it is recommended to have an initial Health and Fitness Assessment to determine your current fitness level. Our screening covers basic areas of a fitness assessment.

Our facility provides group exercise classes for all fitness levels. Classes range from muscle toning, cardiac boot camp, pilates, and yoga. We also offer martial arts classes as well as belly and salsa dance.
